If there's one thing that the Mac community does well, it is coming up with wondefully useless benchmarks.
Its one thing for a common user to use metrics like "number of bounces to start the application" - i can cope with those. But when software developer benchmarks a heavily IO bound task and claims to powerpc emulation performance is good- egads... Sorry, go directly to jail. Do not collect $200....
Next week, i'm sure we'll hear some leaked OpenGL frame rates...
